I began my career in 2000 at The Four Seasons Newport Beach, which later became the Island Hotel. I honed my skills over the next 12 years there. I was also Executive Sous Chef at Santa Barbara’s Belmond El Encanto for three years, before joining Catalina Island Company in 2015 as Executive Chef.
My passion for cooking started at a young age, my mother who was a stay at home mom, has always been my inspiration to better my self and also be better than her in the kitchen
